Best Mate Enclosure
Cheltenham’s Best Mate enclosure is situated directly opposite the main grandstand and provides great views of the racing. Built in 2004, this modern grandstand offers a variety of food choices, as well as extensive betting facilities and bars. Access to the Parade Ring or additional activities and entertainment such as the Shopping Village is not available from Best Mate.

The Showcase Friday
The Showcase Friday marks the return of racing to Cheltenham on Friday 21 October with an exciting seven racecard on offer.
Last year’s renewal saw top performances including the Dan Skelton trained Third Time Lucki who won the squareintheair.com Novices’ Chase and then went onto win the Grade 2 From The Horse’s Mouth Podcast Novices’ contest at The November Meeting.
Locally trained, Nigel Twiston Davies’s Guard Your Dreams, took the Abu Dhabi Digital Exchange handicap hurdle and followed up to win the Grade 2 Unibet International Hurdle in December, an established Unibet Champion Hurdle trial.
Friday 11th November
Countryside Day launches The November Meeting, in a day that is jam-packed with top class Jump racing while off the track, there is an array of exciting Countryside Day entertainment.
One of the highlights on Friday’s card is the Glenfarclas Cross Country Chase, one of the most exciting spectacles in horse racing.
Tattersalls Cheltenham November Sale is attached to racing and takes place after racing on Friday 11th November after racing in the Tattersalls Sales Arena.

What to wear
There is no set dress code for Cheltenham but clients are asked to dress for the weather and take some inspiration from seasoned race goers!
Fancy dress is permitted on most race days as long as the outfit isn’t offensive, and at the racecourses' discretion, they reserve the right to decline entry should the need arise.
Fancy dress is not permitted in the Club/Tattersalls enclosure on The November Meeting Saturday.
Experiences included return racecourse transfers. These are included on everyday that you book to attend the racing. Transfers depart your hotel with enough time to get to Cheltenham at gates opening, then depart around 45 minutes after the last race.
