Racecourse Transfers

This experience includes a one-way transfer from the hotel to the racecourse via coach. If you add additional racedays to your experience we will include these transfers on each day you attend the Cheltenham Festival.

Transfer timings will be confirmed closer to your date of travel but as a guide will depart the hotel at approximately 10:30am.

Payment Information

All Cheltenham Festival experiences can be booked with just a £50 per person deposit. A further payment of £50.00 per person is due 2 months after the date of your booking in order to finalise your ticket requirements. The final balance is then not due until Friday 7th January 2022.
